The dental prostheses without metal also called VALPLAST are prostheses made of a resin based on nylon or thermoplastic polymer almost invisible flexible, thin and when placed in the mouth takes the color of the gum so it is highly aesthetic and is very biocompatible with the tissues of mouth.
They can be manufactured unilaterally or bilaterally in edentulous patients and unlike other prostheses that are made of acrylic and their metal hooks or combination of both, the VALPLAST prosthesis does not carry metal and its hooks are of the same material as the skeleton or support of the prosthesis. Both are mucous covered, that is, once placed in the mouth they are fixed to the gum funnel and that is their main retention, therefore, they can be used in patients with periodontal diseases and dental mobility because it is not retained of any dental piece, this is an advantage to consider of this type of dental prosthesis.
As it is a translucent material, it allows us to make dental prostheses with a natural and luminous appearance. And since there is no metallic structure inside the ceramic, the typical gray edges that appear when the metals undergo corrosion will be avoided and it becomes clearly noticeable when the gingiva retracts with the passage of time leaving an unsightly aspect in the patient's mouth.
Splints

Dental splints are plastic or resin devices that are recommended in dental clinics to solve some problems of the teeth.

The splints are made in the dental clinic, first the models of the mouth are taken and with them it is sent to the prosthetist who is in charge of making them.

The purpose of dental splints are complementary to the process of dental treatments

Mixed prosthesis

A mixed prosthesis is the combination of a fixed prosthesis with a removable prosthesis. Normally one or more crowns (metal-ceramic or zirconium) or bridges are used, with a skeleton to guarantee durability and comfort in its use.
In this type of prosthesis a part remains fixed cemented in the mouth (crowns or bridges) and another is "removable" (a skeletal or partial resin) with a system of attachments.
Aesthetic solutions
Veneers

Dental veneers are thin cosmetic sheets that cover the visible part of the tooth and stick to the outer part thanks to a cement or special resin. It is a quick, effective and simple solution for those people whose teeth are yellow, worn, uneven and even separated and who want to obtain their desired mouth.

In this way, they could be used to partially cover broken teeth, fill small interdental spaces, correct shapes, stains ... as long as the dentist considers this treatment favorable once the case has been studied in a personalized way.

Orthodontics

This type of device is generally used in the early stages of general orthodontic treatment. The removable device is used to perform small individual dental movements, correct crossbites and modify growth in mixed dentition (when an orthopedic effect is needed to correct the maxillomandibular relationship).
